1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing or using Wasabi.casino (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction of residence, and have full legal capacity to enter a binding contract, to create an account or use the Site.

2. Your Account

One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and any device you use to access your account secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Information you provide on registration must be accurate and kept up to date. We may request identity verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not: use bots, scripts, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage; collude with other players; open or use more than one account; launder funds or use funds from an illegal source; or attempt to interfere with, probe, or compromise the Site’s systems or other users’ accounts.

Violation of this section is grounds for account suspension, forfeiture of balance and rewards, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on the Site are denominated in the cryptocurrencies listed in your wallet. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once broadcast — you are responsible for sending funds to the correct address, on the correct network, for the correct asset. We are not able to recover funds sent in error.

A deposit is credited only once it has the required number of confirmations on its network. Withdrawals may be subject to review for security, fraud-prevention, and anti-money-laundering purposes before they are released.

5. Provably Fair & Game Rules

Game outcomes on Originals are generated by a provably fair engine — see the Transparency page for the cryptographic method used and how to independently verify any round.

Each game’s rules, house edge, and payout table are as displayed in that game. In the event of a technical malfunction, the game engine’s recorded outcome is authoritative.

6. Rewards, Rakeback & Promotions

VIP levels, rakeback, the daily race, challenges, and other promotions are offered at our discretion and may be changed, paused, or withdrawn at any time. Abuse of a promotion (including but not limited to multi-accounting or wager patterns designed purely to extract bonus value) forfeits the reward and may result in account action.

7. House Staking & Host Pots

Staking in the house bankroll and hosting or joining a player-backed pot both carry the risk of loss — returns are not guaranteed and are not a savings or investment product. Only stake or host with funds you can afford to lose.

8. Responsible Gambling

Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money or escape a problem. You must be 18 or older, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher, to use this Site.
