1. Use of the Site

1.1 Acceptance.By accessing or using Wasabi.casino (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1.2 Eligibility.You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction of residence if that is higher, to use the Site. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

1.3 Account Creation.To use certain features of the Site you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. The information you provide on registration must be accurate and kept up to date.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1 Hacking and Fraud.Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or defraud the Site or its users is strictly prohibited. This includes using bots, scripts, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage; colluding with other players; laundering funds or using funds from an illegal source; and attempting to interfere with, probe, or compromise the Site’s systems or other users’ accounts.

2.2 Link Manipulation.If you take part in our affiliate or referral program, you may not alter or cloak referral links, create false or misleading links, or use automated methods to generate referral clicks, sign-ups, or activity.

2.3 Spamming.You may not promote the Site or your referral link by sending unsolicited emails or messages, by posting excessively on forums, blogs, social media, or in chat, or through any other activity deemed spam under applicable law.

2.4 Multiple Accounts.One account per person. Creating or using more than one account — including to exploit bonuses, rakeback, promotions, or referral rewards — is prohibited.

2.5 Consequences.Violation of this section is grounds for account suspension or termination, forfeiture of any funds and rewards obtained through the violation, legal action, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership.The Site and all of its contents — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, game designs, and software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

3.2 Limited License to Use.We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may access the Site on your own devices and print or copy pages for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Site for commercial purposes, use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or access it in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden it.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Responsibility.Deposits and withdrawals on the Site are made in the cryptocurrencies listed in your wallet. You are solely responsible for sending funds to the correct address, on the correct network, for the correct asset. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once broadcast, and funds sent in error may not be recoverable.

4.2 Deposit Confirmations.A deposit is credited only once it has the required number of confirmations on its network, which varies by asset. We are not liable for delays in the confirmation process or for any loss resulting from them.

4.3 Minimum Amounts.Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum amounts that we set. Minimums are stated in US dollar equivalent unless shown in a specific asset, and the value of your request is converted at our exchange rate at the time you submit it. We may change the minimums at any time without prior notice; the minimums that apply are those in force when you submit your request. A request below the current minimum will not be accepted, and you will be told the minimum that applies.

4.4 Wagering Before Withdrawal.We may require deposited funds to be wagered a set number of times before they can be withdrawn (the "turnover requirement"). Each deposit carries its own requirement, and your wagering counts toward your oldest outstanding deposit first. A requirement is reduced only by wagering, not by withdrawing. Different games may count toward the requirement at different rates, and some may not count at all. You may always withdraw the part of your balance that is not subject to an outstanding requirement; a request for more than that may be declined until the requirement is met. The turnover requirement applies in addition to any wagering requirement attached to a bonus (see 6.1).

4.5 First Deposit Requirement.Any withdrawal is subject to you having made at least one deposit on the Site. We may decline or hold a withdrawal request from an account that has not completed a first deposit.

4.6 Withdrawal Review and Processing Time.Withdrawal requests are normally processed promptly, but may be held for review for security, fraud-prevention, and anti-money-laundering purposes before they are released. A withdrawal may be approved automatically only when it meets our review criteria, which may take into account, among other things, the amount, the withdrawal address and whether you have used it before, your recent withdrawal activity, and your deposit and wagering history. We are not required to tell you why a withdrawal is held. We are not responsible for delays caused by review, network congestion, transaction fees, or blockchain processing times.

4.7 Changes to Payment Rules.The minimum amounts, turnover requirement, game contribution rates, and review criteria described in this section are set by us and may be changed at any time without prior notice. The rules in force when you submit a deposit or withdrawal request are the ones that apply to it.

5. Provably Fair & Game Rules

5.1 Provably Fair.Game outcomes on Originals are generated by a provably fair engine — see the Transparency page for the cryptographic method used and how to independently verify any round.

5.2 Game Rules.Each game’s rules, house edge, and payout table are as displayed in that game. If what is shown on your device differs from the outcome recorded by the game engine, the recorded outcome is authoritative.

5.3 Malfunction.A malfunction voids all plays and pays on the rounds it affects. A malfunction is any error, bug, interruption or failure in a game, the Site or a related system that causes a round to be played, settled or paid incorrectly. Winnings from the affected rounds are void and the stakes you placed on those rounds are returned to your balance. Where void winnings have already been credited, we may adjust your balance to reverse them, and we will notify you when we do.

6. Bonuses, Rewards & Promotions

6.1 Bonuses and Wagering Requirements.A bonus may carry a wagering requirement, which is shown with the bonus. While a wagering requirement is active, your balance may be locked from withdrawal until the requirement is met; your wallet shows how much you still need to wager. We may change the wagering requirement for new bonuses at any time, and any change applies only to bonuses granted after it.

6.2 Rewards.VIP levels, rakeback, races, challenges, tournaments, and other rewards are offered at our discretion. Rates, methods, and eligibility may be changed, paused, or withdrawn at any time without notice.

6.3 Promotion Abuse.Abuse of a bonus or promotion — including but not limited to multi-accounting or wager patterns designed purely to extract bonus value — forfeits the reward and may result in account action.

7. House Staking & Host Pots

Staking in the house bankroll and hosting or joining a player-backed pot both carry the risk of loss — returns are not guaranteed and are not a savings or investment product. Only stake or host with funds you can afford to lose.

8. Responsible Gambling

Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money or escape a problem. You must be 18 or older, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher, to use this Site.

10. Dormant Accounts & Stale Balances

An account with no login, deposit, or wagering activity for three (3) years may be classified as dormant. We may close a dormant account and remove its remaining balance after giving reasonable notice, where possible, to your registered email address. Where applicable law requires unclaimed funds to be handled in a particular way, we will comply with it.

12. Modifications to These Terms

12.1 Updates to the Terms.We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Notification of Changes.We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes by posting them on the Site and updating the "Last updated" date on this page. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

13.1 Applicable Law.These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to make sure that your use of the Site complies with those laws.

13.2 Jurisdiction.Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site is subject to the courts that have jurisdiction under those laws.
